Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are working to expand our delivery network outside India in the near future.

All tea products are packed in moisture-proof, food-safe, and eco-conscious packaging. Every order is sealed to preserve freshness and hygiene.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Public holidays or lockdowns

We will inform you via email/SMS if any such delay happens.

🔄 Failed Delivery / RTO

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or rejection, the product will be returned to us. Reshipping will be done only after confirmation and may attract additional charges.
